San Francisco BREEAM In-Use Assessor Training Workshop May 22 – 23, 2017

Urban Fabrick is pleased to announce that a BREEAM USA In-Use Assessor Training course will take place at the Covo coworking space in San Francisco, May 22-23. BREEAM is the world’s first and most widely used sustainability assessment method for buildings and is the grandparent of all green building rating systems in the world. Globally there are more than 554,300 BREEAM certified developments, and almost 2,255,000 buildings registered for assessment since it was first launched in 1990. BREEAM In-Use Assessors are trained by BREEAM USA to certify assets using the BREEAM In-Use Standard. The training consists of two full days, culminating with an exam at the end of the second day. After successfully completing the training and passing the final exam, Assessors are eligible to become licensed to perform BREEAM In-Use certifications.
