Kyle Pickett, principal at Urban Fabrick, Inc and acting Executive Director for The Urban Fabrick Collaborative, will be speaking at the Alternate Water Sources Working Group on Tuesday, December 20th in Sonoma County. The event takes place in Santa Rosa, CA and is sponsored by the County of Sonoma Permit and Resource Management Department.
Kyle is excited to present the current state of the Urban Fabrick Collaborative’s Water Reuse Practice Guide (WRPG). Funded by Google, The Pankow Foundation, AIA California Council, Magnussen Klemencic Strutural Engineers, and the City of Santa Monica, the WRPG will be a highly visual practice manual to onsite water use and reuse. Scheduled for publication in early 2017, the guide will be available for free download. The event has an educational focus aimed at engaging and inspiring the next generation of architects and engineers.
The meeting will be held from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Permit and Resource Management Department office located at 2550 Ventura Ave, Santa Rosa. See Google Maps™ for directions to the PRMD office.
